Thank you I took the photo in my garden earlier this week. The colours haven't been 'tweaked' in anyway whatsoever.

Looks to me like it was shot with a 80mm lens with semi opaque filter and soft focus, with a narrow field of vision and medium depth, in close up mode with a cannon fl780, the earlier model.
No, I don't know what the hell I'm writing about either.
