Is there a musician in the house?
I know that Znethru writes classical music but does anyone else write music or know someone who does?
The reason I ask is that earlier today I posted a poem on my other blog and my blogfriend Ranfuch made the following comments:
"what a beautiful poem. Can easily be turned into a song....... when I was reading it to myself, it flowed like a music and I found myself humming it to myself."
I'm not sure if this poem could be made into a song but wonder if perhaps one or two of my other poems might adapt.
What do you think?

Nope sorry Arn, not a musical bone in my body, even though I'm trying to play the guitar ( not very well) and James ( he of Lindow fame) did offer to do a duet with me, a few days back. He may well be rueing that offer now though. I can put words to a tune, it comes from me not hearing the correct words of a song as a child, and often change the words of a song to suit myself. Like I may change that Frank Sinatra song " MY WAY" to " My Day" and fit the rest of the words around the song itself.
And so the dusk is here, and I must iron the bedroom curtains.
My back is painful here,I need a seat, because it's hurtin'
I've laughed, and I've been a fool
I had a few drinks, what more can I say
But now look at the time, it's the end of my day.
and so on, although that wasn't one of my better efforts, sorry to have troubled you.....
