Winter has been denounced and better weather should now follow!
This afternoon at my grandchildren's school they held the annual Feast of Les Brandons. The children all dressed in carnival costumes. Plenty of cake was eaten and "Le Bonhomme Hiver", a large straw man, was parade round and set alight!
So there you have it!

So do I! Last year I went along to watch but I couldn't make it this time! I'm not sure if my daughter took a camera along but I'll check.

it was a wonderful sunday so who knows maybe spring has finally sprung and we are in for a luuuuuuurvery summer
