by the way the warning about asthma? I have asthama and have never had any reaction - smoke is smoke so it's probably not wise to breath it straight in

Actually you know the smudge sticks I use I wonder if they are garden sage? They perhaps are white sage but it doesn't explain that on the descriptions, spiritbird may be able to give you his thoughts on garden sage -if you do suffer with allergies or have small children about then would test it before smoking to make sure no-one gets a reaction. You could smoke and then just leave all windows open unitl it disperses. Garden sage is used for tea infusions etc
