Does anyone take any notice of 'surveys'? The latest one says that we should not take vitamin tablets as this could shorten your life. Red wine is not as good as scientist said it was. Tomatoes are good for you but not if you eat them. Eggs are bad for you but you can eat one a day safely. etc etc etc.
Any thoughts. By the way a pain au raisin is not as good as a pain au chocolat

Today's pain au raisin (after French class) was extra specially nice! I do admit they do vary.

Pain au chocolat are yummy all the time!

I've just realised I've been calling them pain de raisin?? Oh, well, whatever...I love them and yes, they do vary...sometimes they don't get as cooked as much...and I prefer them toastie with the glaze really shiny...LOL...oh, damn this is doing my stomach in...I went downstairs after you talked about them and had the rest of my french bread stick with marmalade on one half and blackcurrant jam on the other.. So much for a diet, but they weren't as fattening at the cake...and pain au chocolat I can take or leave...not my favourite...big hugs...

It changes every week...this week it was taking extra vits can damage you...not the vitamins plus you take as a supplement but taking things like extra selenium, or vit c or beta carotene all these extra vits can damage the organs...hmmm...if it's not one thing, it's another...

Blimey this morning coffee break's been going on a long time. Glad I'm not your boss!

Anyway, as it's still going, is there any hot coffee left and coffee and walnut cake going please? I am feeling a tad hungry and would really enjoy a coffee. In fact, being more than a tad hungry, that's about all I can think of to say. Oh, latte please, thanks!
