Hi - this Café is about 15 minutes away and the sea is about 35 minutes away (by car)

Not so good for the cafe, but I've enjoyed sitting in the car by a raging sea being buffeted by the wind, it's invigorating if you poke your head out of the window! - When you're on holiday you have to make the best of things I guess, but they make the memories too!
Having the chance to pop off to the sea as soon as the weather's right though is a great bonus in life! I'm sure you'll be able to enjoy it all again soon!

I had a great day at the seaside on Wednesday - my grandchildren even went in the sea! What a difference yesterday and today though!

Saw the pics, looked like a nice day out!
It's happening everywhere. People on here have been experiencing snow one day, mini heatwave the next, then back to snow.
Occassionally in the last couple of weeks I've been able to sunbathe through an open door, one day whilst snow was falling outside. Now it's just very cold, with no sun at all
Mmmmm, better get some sun dancing majicky up thing going.
