Well it depends....
Personally I like seafood, but there are those who prefer chicken or just vegetables...-

The one we had the other night had chicken, langoustines, mussels, "squidy bits", chorizo, and peas. For a local repas it was very good.

The best of it was they kept the langoustines separate and served everyone with 2 on top of their platefuls along with a chicken portion. The meal cost €8 for adult and 4€ for children this included bread and ice-cream. A bottle of local Rosé cost €3 (it was so good so we had another one!)

That's amazing.... you wouldn't get anything like that in the UK for a similar price, especially since virtually all the langoustines caught here are shipped out of the country.

I won't tell you how much we have to pay for those on the rare occasions the fishmonger has them... suffice it to say it is cheaper to buy lobster!

Langoustine are around £12.00 per 800g here... you can buy small lobsters 500g for less then £10.00. Cheapest way to get langoustines is probably online...
