How wonderful... you never see anything like that here... well maybe in a few coastal towns... and to be fair in one or two lucky cities.

Some brave soul opened a fishmonger's shop in Newport and stocked it with all kinds of wonderful things... it lasted about six months sadly. The prices they had to pay to get the fish in were prohibitive and meant high prices across the counter... people simply wouldn't/couldn't pay them.
