I didn't get much sleep last night :no: I spent a lot of time thrashing about due to the humid weather :yes: What else did you think I meant? :roll:

Well as I was lying there I began to think about different positions (as you do!) *steady - your minds are in the gutter again*>:-[

When I'm sleeping on my own I generally adopt the foetal position but can't think of anything nicer than spooning with a loved one. :**:

The last couple of nights I've been sleeping in the spare room which is cooler than my bedroom so I wondered whether this factor had disrupted my sleep. In my own bed I sleep East to West but in the spare room West to East - there I go thinking about positions again. :roll:

Then I remembered that I'd read somewhere that people used to sleep with their feet facing the door so that should they die in the night it would be easier for their bodies to be removed 88| nice thought!

Well the sun is already shining so it looks like I'll be taking up my favourite position on the sunlounger so may just catch up on a few of these :zz: :zz: :zz:

Now, I always sleep with my feet away from the door!! It's more to do with being a bit of an active sleeper, as well as a bit minimalist in the night attire department and not wanting any unsuspecting folk to get a fright when they walk in!

What I need to do more though, is sleep with my head slightly higher than my feet, and if it feels as if my head is lower, I'll sleep the wrong way round in the bed, (I've been known to turn around in my sleep...)

I had to buy new nighties when I was staying with my sister recently, so's not to shock my nephew first thing in the morning. He's easily shocked by his elderly aunt.

Ah well, my nephew is still under 18, though not for much longer, so I thought I'd better be reasonably good. He can know the worst when he's a bit older...

I always seem to struggle to sleep lately but the heat and humidy doesnt help, although did by the memory mattress cover (3" thick) to go top off mattress and i must admit the normal morning aches and pains ahve died down quite quickly :)

mm as for minimalist sleeping its a must for me lol.

didnt get to enter, too much problems at home and work was basically exhausted too much but things are getting better so will dig out the camera soon and try and get some more photos :)

I understand :yes: jealousy is so destructive but it does show some insecurity you know ......

She probably needs re-assuring that she's an important part of your life.

I think it's a foam mattress that moulds itself to your body and is supposed to be good for bad backs :yes:

I have heard about sleeping east to west or vice versa...can't remember what way they say is best though. I hope you had a good day pointing towards the sun today though? I did exactly the same and now feel fab :)
